At NR Creation, we care about your shopping experience and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a product, you can request a return or exchange under the conditions mentioned below.

📦 Returns & Exchanges

  • You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with tags.

  • We do not accept returns for:

    • Used or damaged products

    • Customized or personalized items

    • Items purchased during sale, discount, or clearance offers

💵 Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges, COD charges, or convenience fees are non-refundable.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • In case of damaged or wrong product delivered, we will arrange reverse pickup at no extra cost.

  • For any other reason (size issue, dislike, etc.), the customer may need to ship the product back to us at their own cost.

⚠️ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, or before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
